Thank you to all the teams/players who participated this year!
I’d also like to thank Matt Hudson, Mike Karpe, Paul Hallock and all the Golf Shop and Golf Course Maintenance staff. And, thank you to Phil Gray, Andy McNiece, and Bill Messick who were our Rules Officials. Thank you to Alan Lambert and Liz Lawson and the F&B staff for putting together all the lunches for the teams during the tournament.
I’d also like to extend a HUGE thank you to the Tournament Committee: Laura Benson, Deb Bunker, Raye Cobb, Lori Hill, and Sandy Strack who worked many, many hours on all the details required to put this event on for the players and coaches – from finding host homes to house the players/coaches, to the Welcome Bags that were delivered to the host homes to greet the teams when they arrived, to the snacks/bananas on the course for them as they played, to the sunscreen in the bathrooms for them. We didn’t need much sunscreen this year as the weather wasn’t exactly ‘sunny’!
THANK YOU SO MUCH to the shuttle drivers, spotters, and scorers and the people who donated money and bottled water this year. We made the event a very delightful tournament for the coaches and players who were most appreciative of our efforts.
